In 1949, our center was establishe d and under the jurisdiction of the health yuan of Taizhong .
In 1950, it was changed to be under the jurisdiction of the civil administration department of Fangyuan Township, Taichung County
In 1950, our center was change d to be under the jurisdiction of the health yuan of Changhua C ounty
In 1952, The health center of Fangyuan Township was e stablish ed.
In July of 1955, new office was complete d and launch ed. ( No. 202 , Douyuan Road, Fangyuan Township Changhua County. )
In 1961, the center was change d to be under the jurisdiction of the District Office
In 1974, the center was change d to be under the jurisdiction of the Health Bureau of Changhua County.
In 1982, established clinics of Hanbao and Shinje
In 1983, established Tsaohu clinic
On September 22 nd, 1988, t he medical group practice center was established
On July 30 th, 1989, the new building at present location was completed and launched ( No. 48, Lane194, Douyuan Road, Fangyuan Township, Chang hua county .)
